Where it started
An events panel built on Odoo, connected to their existing accounting system, so that the commercial team stopped tracking bookings on spreadsheets. It was a contained first project, chosen because it solved a daily pain rather than because it was ambitious.
How it grew
- Corporate website, rebuilt and maintained.

- Document management and digital signature, developed in house, with full traceability and legal compliance.
- Settlements and a multi owner portal, so each venue owner sees their own numbers without anyone preparing a report.
- AI agents plugged into the CRM to remove the repetitive part of commercial follow up.
- Power BI dashboards that turn the group data into decisions rather than exports.
The result
An 80% reduction in manual commercial work, and a technology stack that grew one invoice at a time, in step with what the business could absorb. In 2026 the same approach reached their education division.
