A company that already had artificial intelligence available to its staff, and almost nobody using it beyond the occasional question.
The starting point
This is the most common situation we find. The licences are paid for, the tools are installed, and actual use never rises above the personal level. The gap is not technological, it is a matter of habit and of a shared starting point.
What we did
We designed the adoption phase of our AI Education programme, delivered live and online:
- A levelling session for the whole workforce, so everyone starts from the same place.
- The training runs on the tools the company already pays for, so what is learned gets used the next day.
- Staff split into groups, so half of them train while the other half keeps the business running.
- Examples built from the company own repetitive tasks, so every block is recognisable to the people in the room.
- A recording, revision material and a weekly practice guide, because the habit is built after the session, not during it.
Why the adoption phase comes first
Specialised training by department is wasted if the workforce has not made the leap from treating AI as a search box to treating it as a tool. Adoption is the condition for everything that follows.
